An easy, transparent financing portal for Ford Commercial Fleet customers.
A financing portal designed to help Ford Pro commercial fleet customers overcome the high upfront costs of Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, addressing a newly identified market segment.
Redesigned an existing e-commerce website to improve the user experience and increase sales, including a streamlined checkout process and improved navigation.

I was one of three designers for Omnicell's Flash initiative, where I focused on improving the efficiency and safety flow of transferring medications from cabinets to and patients.
Design objectives included prioritizing safe and precise handling of medications as well as minimizing the necessity point of interactions with medication cabinets.

My Design Process

Discover
First and foremost is having an inquisitive and empathetic mindset. Seeking to have a thorough understanding of the problem space. Conduct research, interviews, audits, and stakeholder conversations to ground the work in real needs.
Define
Synthesis of user interviews and survey insights to uncover key pain points. This helps me build and define a clear problem statement to help facilitate and guide the remainder of the design process.

Ideate
I like to generate and explore a range of possible solutions, captured by sketching and low-fidelity wireframes during brainstorming sessions.

Prototype
Here, I translate my low-fidelity sketches into interactive mid / high fidelity mockups. This enables me to quickly test ideas as well as gather feedback.

Discover
Brainstorming sessions in order to take their needs and company goals into account. Define the scope and objectives of the project and lays a fundamental foundation for everything that comes after.
Develop
Define the user experience, test and evaluate design concepts, and analyze how your designs will inform behavior and effect the experience of the user.

Define
Gather additional information about the ideal client, market opportunities and design sprint. Getting direct feedback from users themselves through user surveys and field activities.

Deliver
Determine design patterns, elements of template pages, different framework options, and work with developers to test design functionality.
